HomeBlogCo-Parenting Resources Directory

Finding the right support when you are navigating co-parenting can be difficult — particularly when you are already exhausted, overwhelmed, or in the middle of a legal process. This directory brings together the most useful organisations for co-parenting families in the UK and US, organised by what you need. Bookmark it, share it, and come back when you need a starting point.

We have kept descriptions brief and honest. These are real organisations we have verified, not sponsored listings. The goal is a page that is genuinely useful — the kind you might send to a friend going through a difficult time.

All resources listed are independent organisations. Larkling does not have commercial relationships with any of them. Links go directly to the organisations' own websites.

🇬🇧 UK Financial Support

Separating families often face a sudden and significant change in financial circumstances. These resources help with child maintenance, benefits, and accessing grants.

Child Maintenance Service

Child Poverty Action Group
cpag.org.uk
Expert benefits advice and training. Their welfare benefits handbook is the most comprehensive guide available. CPAG also runs a free advice line for advisers and professionals.
